At Alfa & Omega Foundation Inc., we are driven by a deep belief that our Latino community holds extraordinary talent, potential, and strength. However, generational wounds, limiting beliefs, and lack of access often stand in the way of growth.

Our founder, Mélida Alfaro, brings more than 10 years of experience working directly with the Latino community. She knows firsthand the challenges and needs that our people face — not only because she has walked hand-in-hand with them, but because she has learned through her own entrepreneurial journey what it truly means to create change within your family, your business, and your community.
